Arnold

Arnold is the largest city in Jefferson County, Missouri, United States. The first European settler in Arnold was Jean Baptiste Gamache, who operated a ferry boat across the Meramec River in exchange for 1050 arpents of land granted by the King of Spain. This ferry was on the King's Trace or El Camino Real, (royal road), from St. Louis, Missouri, to Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.

Arnold is nestled in beautiful rolling hills of Jefferson County, safe and secure. Arnold boasts a fantastic small town atmosphere where neighborhood barbeques and school carnivals still fill your weekends and evenings. Our community has award winning schools, a diverse group of churches, and a variety of recreational activities. Arnold is a great place to work, live and play!
